11/24/2021 Split this parcel into two per County Surveyor Office per deed #202004204. Attorney did not mark the property a split and the Surveyor says that the legal description on this deed is only for a portion thus the need for a split after the fact. Both may be eligible for deed sale now. This is the parent parcel and per surveyor and assessor should have remained in Earl and Beverly. I transferred back and rechecked it eligible for the tax sale. SG
