Disability Deduction has been removed for Pay 2014
Prior Contract release only released Harry J Riddell's 1/2 interest for completing the Contract to Taylors.
Since deduction paperwork signed by Harry Riddell. Sonya Hudson will need to re-file for the HS & C Deductions for Pay 2014. jy
5/6/2020 Per call back from Kris. Sonya Hudson still resides there. She said the entry and around mailbox is overgrown and so the mailman doesn't want to deliver. She said to continue to use George Taylor's address for now. I was given Sonya's phone # and she is to come into Taylor's office to complete the contract sale and have Warranty Deed which will re-file for her. I will re-apply the Homestead till the new Warranty is recorded. jy
5/5/2020 Assessor's Office received a returned Form 11 and gave us the mailing address for George Taylor. I contacted Kris at Taylor's office. She said that she hasn't been able to get a hold of Sonya Hudson but that she had completed her contract.
I informed her that I will remove Homestead Deduction for Pay 2021 and then if she finds she still resides here and records a deed with sales disclosure, I can re-apply. |
