She said to continue to use George Taylor's address for now. I was given Sonya's phone # and she is to come into Taylor's office to complete the contract sale and have Warranty Deed which will re-file for her. I will re-apply the Homestead till the new Warranty is recorded. jy

5/5/2020 Assessor's Office received a returned Form 11 and gave us the mailing address for George Taylor. I contacted Kris at Taylor's office. She said that she hasn't been able to get a hold of Sonya Hudson but that she had completed her contract.

I informed her that I will remove Homestead Deduction for Pay 2021 and then if she finds she still resides here and records a deed with sales disclosure, I can re-apply.
